I live abroad - how do I sign up without visiting?
Video consultation, digital onboarding, and agreements executed remotely. A POA is needed only for specific legal acts (registrations, some banking), and we'll tell you exactly when.
How do I know the work actually happened?
Every visit produces a photo report within 48 hours. For construction, stage-wise photo and video evidence precedes any payment release.
Who holds the keys?
Keys are logged and stored securely at our office; access is recorded per visit. Smart locks are optional.
What if something urgent happens at 2 a.m. my time?
Start a conversation any time; emergency callouts are part of Standard and Premium plans.
Can you pay my property tax and electricity bills?
Yes. Bills and taxes are paid on schedule and itemized in your statement.
Do you guarantee rent or tenants within a timeframe?
Timelines depend on the property, location, pricing, and market demand. We provide a realistic estimate after evaluating your property.
For NRIs specifically

Do I need a Power of Attorney?
Only for registrations and certain legal or banking acts. Most services need none. We'll guide you on a limited, specific POA when required.
How do payments work from abroad?
Bank transfer from NRE/NRO accounts or UPI. Invoices with GST provided.
What are the tax implications of renting my property?
Rental income in India is taxable in India; we provide the statements your CA needs.
